Pricing, availability, lease terms, and specials may change without notice. Advertised prices are unit-specific, depending on location and premiums, and are not guaranteed until a complete application is submitted with all required fees and deposits paid. When a unit is chosen, the price includes the $45 monthly service fee plus any applicable premium fees. *SQFT listed is an approximate value for each unit. Under applicable federal and state guidelines, the $45.00 monthly service fee is broken down as follows: Valet Waste Removal – $25.00, Package Locker Services – $15.00, and Pest Control – $5.00. Residents must maintain renters’ insurance as specified in the Lease Contract, obtained from a third-party provider of their choice. Utility charges for water and wastewater will be billed separately, itemized, and added to the monthly rent, in accordance with the Lease and billing policies. Owner reserves the right to modify, substitute, or reallocate such services and associated costs upon written notice to Resident as permitted by the Lease and applicable law.
** If the Application is withdrawn by the applicant or any co-applicant prior to approval, the application deposit may be retained by management as liquidated damages in accordance with the Application Agreement. Upon approval and execution of the Lease by all parties, the application deposit will be converted and applied toward the required security deposit in accordance with the Application Agreement and Lease terms.
